Scomi forms tie-up in hydropower ops

PETALING JAYA: Scomi Group Bhd has entered into a joint venture (JV) to pursue business opportunities in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of hydropower plants and wind farms in Asia, including Turkey.

Its unit, Scomi International Pvt Ltd, entered into a JV agreement yesterday with South Asia Logistics Services Ltd (SALS) and Emir Equity Sdn Bhd (EESB).
