PETALING JAYA: Contractor Anzo Holdings Bhd has received a letter of intent from KL Northgate Sdn Bhd to carry out construction works valued at RM1.21bil in Gombak.
The scope of work to be undertaken by Anzo for the mixed development project included the foundation of piling works, basement and upper floor carparks inclusive of mechanical and electrical services, main buildings, as well as infrastrcuture works.
