Perak Transit buys Kinta land for bus terminal


PETALING JAYA: Perak-based bus company Perak Transit Bhd’s (PTrans) subsidiary, The Combined Bus Services Sdn Bhd, is buying two parcels of leasehold land in the Kinta district of Perak for RM7.97mil.

PTrans, which was listed last October, told Bursa Malaysia that it had inked a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) yesterday with property developer Pasti Kenari Sdn Bhd to buy the two parcels of land measuring 34,571 sq m and 32,756 sq m.
