PETALING JAYA: AirAsia Bhd has entered into a new sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Caterhamjet Global Ltd (CJG).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, AirAsia said that it had inked an SPA with CJG to purchase a unit of the Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express aircraft for US$10mil (RM44mil).
