Puncak Niaga unit ordered to pay RM5.9mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd’s unit Puncak Niaga Construction Sdn Bhd (PNCSB) has been ordered to pay its former subcontractor, Genbina Sdn Bhd, RM5.9mil out of the principal claim sum of RM15.7mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Puncak Niaga said PNCSB had “successfully defended” a substantial portion of Genbina’s claims in relation to judgements for the notices of adjudication dated May 27 and June 14, 2016.
