PETALING JAYA: Mesiniaga Bhd
has cautioned that it faces a potential liability of RM8.23mil or more, in the event that it loses a civil suit that was filed against the company.
The company, in a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, said the potential liability on the company and its group would be RM8.23mil as well as any additional amount that the court may award to the plaintiff based on the claims put forth.
