KUALA LUMPUR: SP Setia Bhd
is expected to launch in March the much-awaited Trio By Setia (pic), an integrated development project in Bukit Tinggi, Klang, with a gross development value of RM571mil.
The project comprises 914 serviced apartments spread across three towers, 42 commercial and a retail podium.
