Felda cooperative sells 5m FGV shares

KUALA LUMPUR: The Koperasi Permodalan Felda Malaysia Bhd sold five million shares of Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV) on Jan 27.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed the cooperative's stake in the plantation company was reduced to 206.75 million shares or 5.66%.

Another filing showed the Lembaga Tabung Haji sold 150,000 shares also on Jan 27.

The latest disposal saw the pilgrim fund's shareholding was reduced to 286.94 million shares or 7.86%.

The share price closed at RM1.87 on Jan 27.
