KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property Bhd
is developing an affordable housing project, Harmoni 1, in the City of Elmina, Shah Alam with a gross development value (GDV) of RM155mil.
Managing director Datuk Jauhari Hamidi said the project would be the first to adopt the divergent dwelling design (D3) concept.
