is acquiring the remaining 25% non-controlling interest it does not own in Advanced Wireless Technologies Sdn Bhd (AWT).
It will acquire the stake, comprising 833,334 ordinary shares, for RM15.83mil cash from pay-TV provider Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd.
