With year-to-date November sales for 2016 falling more than 80,000 units short of the previous corresponding period
PETALING JAYA: Malaysian automotive sales look set to hit its lowest in six years, as weak economic conditions and cautious consumer sentiment have emphatically slammed the brakes on growth.
With year-to-date November sales for 2016 falling more than 80,000 units short of the previous corresponding period’s 597,306, most industry observers believe that total industry volume (TIV) for this year will not hit 600,000 units.
