Eco World opens Eco Ardence sales gallery in Shah Alam

Eco World chairman Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin: "With a full-fledged gallery in place, we will now be able to serve our customers better."

SHAH ALAM: Following the successful launch at the recent EcoWorld's Firsts campaign, Eco Ardence has achieved another milestone with the opening of its sales gallery on Wednesday.

The 533-acre freehold Eco Ardence is joint venture between Eco World Development Group Bhd and Cascara Sdn Bhd.

The eco-township, inspired by modern tropical design elements, has a gross development value (GDV) of RM8.58bil.

"The group is delighted to open this new sales gallery after the very successful launch of Phase 1 of Eco Ardence in September.

"With a full-fledged gallery in place, we will now be able to serve our customers better and showcase the project to its full extent," said Eco World chairman Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin.

Located just before Setia Alam, the sales gallery utilises a marquee tent and has a built-area of 13,500 sq ft.

It has an event hall, gourmet kitchen, an office and amenities, landscaping and an open-air car park.

Eco Ardence's first phase of 432 semi-Ds and bungalow units priced from RM1.3mil recorded a strong take-up of 85% in its September launch.

Products currently being previewed at the Eco Ardence Sales Gallery include Pavilion Homes, bungalows and two types of semi-detached houses.
