PETALING JAYA: Investment holding company Matang Holdings Bhd (MHB) has extended the closing date for submissions of the Form of Notification (FON) to Nov 30, from the previous Nov 14.
As of Nov 14, MHB had received FONs from over half of the total shareholders, representing approximately 65.5% of total Matang shares to be exchanged.
