Gardenhill wins ‘Game Changer of the Year’ award

PETALING JAYA: Gardenhill, a joint venture between construction firm Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd and Australia’s Beulah International, was honoured with the “Game Changer of the Year” title at the inaugural Annual REA Excellence Awards, trumping some of the country’s most renowned developers.

Located in Melbourne, the Gardenhill development, led by Beulah International, an Australian developer founded by Malaysians won the award for its off-lead dog park, Australia’s first exclusive and private dog park in a high-rise apartment project.
