Sapura Resources’ unit gets nods for commercial air transport services


KUALA LUMPUR: AeroManager Sdn Bhd has received the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia (DCA) and the Air Service Permit (ASP) from the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM), effective today.

AeroManager is wholly-owned by Sapura Aero Sdn Bhd, which in turn is, wholly-owned by Sapura Resources Bhd.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, Sapura Resources said, the AOC and ASP would enable AeroManager to perform unscheduled commercial air transport services. - Bernama
