KUCHING: An established Sarawak property developer Ibraco Bhd
is set to launch its maiden mixed retail, commercial and residential project in a prime location in Kuala Lumpur in the next three months.
The project, will comprise some 510 units of service apartments, a commercial podium housing retail and office spaces on a piece of vacant land which fronts Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Loke Yew. It will be Ibraco’s first property development outside Sarawak as it goes national.
