JOHOR BARU: Matang Holdings Bhd (MHB) shareholders had unanimously agreed to the proposed initial public offering (IPO) of Matang Bhd
(Matang) in a court convened meeting and EGM held here.
The shareholders also gave their approval for the proposed exchange of MHB shares to Matang shares in two resolutions passed in the CCM and EGM, attended by more than 462 minority shareholders nationwide.
