Perak Transit makes debut on Bursa Malaysia at 18 sen


KUALA LUMPUR: Perak Transit Berhad made a firm debut on the Ace Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd on Thursday, opening at 18 sen which was three sen above its offer price of 15 sen each.

Its  initial public offering (IPO) under the public portion was oversubscribed by 19.83 times. A total of 10,346 applications for 1.21 billion new shares worth RM181.22mil were received from the Malaysian public for the 58 million new shares made available for public subscription.
