has launched the Alya Kuala Lumpur with a gross development value (GDV) of RM8bil.
Alya KL, sprawled across 360 acres, is located in the vicinity of the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club Resort (KLGCC Resort) that will comprise residential (bungalows, condominiums, town houses and serviced apartments), commercial, retail and hospitality components with over eight development parcels.
