MBSB revenue up but net profit down


Higher allowance for impairment losses on loans, advances and financing

PETALING JAYA: Nonbank lender Malaysia Building Society Bhd (MBSB) made a net profit of RM63mil in the second quarter ended June 30, 2016, 26% less compared to a net profit of RM85.55mil for the same period a year ago due to a higher allowance for impairment losses on loans, advances and financing.
