AmInvestment stays Neutral on oil and gas sector

Consumption of the fuel the past four weeks was at the highest level since September.

KUALA LUMPUR: AmInvestment Research is maintaining its Neutral outlook for the oil and gas sector and prefers companies with stable and recurring earnings such as Dialog Group and Yinson

“Three companies are expected to compete for the leased FPSO — Yinson Holdings, Bumi Armada and UK-listed Petrofac. In our opinion, we believe that Yinson, which already owns a 49% stake and operates the floating storage offloading (FSO) Bien Dong 01 and FPSO Lam Son in Vietnam with a strong and proven track record, has the edge in securing this project,” it said.
