Blue chips weaker early Tuesday, soft debut for RHB Bank


KUALA LUMPUR: Blue chips continued to lose ground early Tuesday, dragged down by Petronas linked stocks, Hong Leong Bank and KL Kepong, tracking the weak key regional markets after the overnight tumble on Wall Street.

At 9.58am, the KLCI was down 2.88 points or 0.18% to 1,626.64. Turnover was 266.56 million shares valued at RM117.94mil. There were 157 gainers, 188 losers and 186 counters unchanged.
