KLCI closes down 11pts, broad market weaker as oil falls

The ringgit rose to 5.7873 to the pound from 5.8799 last Friday. However, the ringgit weakened against the US dollar at 4.0903 from 4.0715 and slipped against the Singapore dollar to 3.0127 from 3.0022 and fell to 4.6097 from 4.6026.
