Sunsuria to embark on Korean-themed development

PETALING JAYA: Property developer Sunsuria Bhd’s recently announced joint-venture collaboration with Taiwan-based Welcome Global Co Ltd is for a Korean-themed development in Sunsuria City.

The 8.48-acre mixed-development project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM700mil will consist of a boutique hotel, a wedding house, serviced apartments, a Korean-themed mall known as K-Mall, as well as a themed garden.
