KUALA LUMPUR: Kimlun Corp Bhd
has clinched a RM165.8mil contract to build five blocks of Selangorku affordable apartments in Mukim Petaling, Selangor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the engineering and construction firm said its unit had accepted the letter of award from Hillcrest Gardens Sdn Bhd.
The construction work is expected to be completed by April 2019.
“The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Kimlun Group for the financial years during the contract period,” it said.
