KUALA LUMPUR: Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust
(Hektar REIT) kick started its financial year with a slightly lower net profit of RM10.7mil recorded in the first quarter ended March 31 compared with RM11.1mil a year ago due to higher interest expenses.
This was achieved on the back of marginally higher revenue of RM31.6mil against RM31.2mil in the corresponding quarter last year.
