Bursa thriving with return of foreign funds, record capitalisation


MIDF Research said in retrospect, foreigners offloaded -RM19.5bil and -RM6.9bil in 2015 and 2014 respectively.

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s equity market continues to thrive with the return of foreign flows and record high capitalisation, Bursa Malaysia chairman Tan Sri Amirsham A. Aziz says.

This year, IMKL2016 featured 55 Malaysian companies that represented more than 50% of the country’s market capitalisation and about 47 global and regional fund managers.
