PETALING JAYA: Airline company CEOs say that the decision to hike fees by the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) has not only taken them by surprise but was made in a haste.

Tan Sri Tony Fernandes said while he agrees that fees for aviation flight services needed to be raised, he posed a question about the benefits that airlines would get from the fee hike.
