Loh Keh Jiat

SHAH ALAM: Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) has appointed Loh Keh Jiat as chief marketing officer (CMO) succeeding Christian Thrane.

Thrane will join Telenor Sweden as its new CMO after six years and three different portfolios at Digi.

Loh, previously chief sales officer, will manage the expanded marketing function which will include sales, with an overall mandate to drive end-to-end customer focus and delivery.

In his new capacity, Loh will spearhead Digi’s revenue growth, and lead and implement end-to-end go-to-market deliverables in support of Digi’s ambition to be ‘Loved by Customers’.

His responsibilities include driving product portfolio and service excellence, delivering Digi’s brand promise, managing a robust customer service operation, and overseeing channels and regions.

“I am honoured to be given the opportunity to bring together both divisions for deeper collaboration and to deliver stronger results in the market.

“The new alignment will accelerate the way we go-to-market, and drive more efficient operations to take Digi through its next phase of growth,” Loh said in a statement.
