SPB profit rises on one-off gain, 50 sen final dividend approved

KUALA LUMPUR: Selangor Properties Bhd’s (SPB) shareholders have approved the payment of a single-tier and final dividend of 50 sen a share to be paid on April 15, this year.

Chief operating officer Chong Koon San said the dividend comprised 12 sen ordinary dividend, which was the same amount paid in 2014, plus a 38 sen special dividend per share.
