Bison ‘Dang’ bullish about its IPO valuation

KUALA LUMPUR: myNEWS.com press and convenience chain store operator Bison Consolidated Bhd is seeking to list at a price earnings multiple (PE) of 25 times its financial year 2015 (FY15) earnings, which is one of the highest valuations for initial public offerings (IPOs) in recent times.

The valuation, however, is in line with its larger competitor, 7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Bhd, which is trading at a historical PE of 31.09 times.
