PETALING JAYA: IHH Healthcare Bhd
’s subsidiary in Turkey, Acibadem Saglik Yatirimlari Holding, is said to be in talks to acquire a hospital and a clinic in Bulgaria.
According to newsreports, Acibadem is eyeing to buy the entire stake in Tokuda Sofia Hospital, which is the biggest private hospital in Bulgaria and a majority stake in City Clinic.
