KUALA LUMPUR: A Malaysian prospective buyer failed to meet Shell Overseas Holdings Ltd’s (SOHL) requirements in relation to the sale of its 51% stake in Shell Refining Co (Federation of Malaya) Bhd (SRC), the London-based firm said.
