Bursa Securities queries Yen Global


Foreigners offloaded -RM19.5bil and -RM6.9bil in 2015 and 2014 respectively.


KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has queried Yen Global Bhd over the rise in price and volume of the shares recently.

The regulator had on Friday advised investors to take note of the integrated apparel manufacturer’s reply to the query which would be posted on its website when making their investment decision.

Bursa Securities also directed the company to enquire with the directors, major shareholders and other relevant persons over the unusual market activity.

At 4.46pm, it was up 1.5 sen to 50 sen. There were 14.81 million shares done at prices ranging from 48.5 sen to 50.5 sen.
