PETALING JAYA: DRB-Hicom Bhd
unit KL Airport Services Sdn Bhd (KLAS) will acquire air cargo player Gading Sari Aviation Services Sdn Bhd from a group of shareholders for RM72mil cash, or RM4.80 per Gading Sari share.
The vendors are Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah (45%), Vescargo Sdn Bhd (35%), Tengku Azman Ibni Almarhum Sultan Abu Bakar (10%), Tengku Datuk Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz (5%) and Raja Datuk Mufik Affandi Raja Khalid (5%).
