IATA says passenger service charges should be the same for KLIA and KLIA2


IATA had conveyed to acting Transport Minister Datuk Seri Hishamuddin Tun Hussein, its view that the services and facilities at the soon-to-be-opened KLIA2 (pix) is comparable, if not better than KLIA and that users of equivalent facilities at both terminals should pay similar PSC.

KUALA LUMPUR: The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has expressed concern over the differences in passenger service charges (PSC) between KLIA and KLIA2, contending that the rates should be the same for both air terminals.

IATA had conveyed to acting Transport Minister Datuk Seri Hishamuddin Tun Hussein, its view that the services and facilities at the soon-to-be-opened KLIA2 is comparable, if not better than KLIA and that users of equivalent facilities at both terminals should pay similar PSC.
