KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has announced that Biosis Group Bhd (Biosis) has triggered the criteria pursuant to Practice Note No. 17 (PN17) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
Biosis had announced on Wednesday that it was considered a PN17 company pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(e) of PN17, Bursa Malaysia said in a statement yesterday.
