MALAYSIA aims to capture 5% of the global aerospace MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) market that is estimated to be worth RM228bil in 2015.
Malaysia Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MiGHT) vice president (aerospace) Lt Kol Kamarulzaman Zainal said the MRO market in the country was currently valued at between RM2.1bil and RM2.5bil.
