THE low-cost carrier easyJet claims to be the first in Europe to enable passport scans for easier online check-in.Using the camera of a mobile device, users of the (www.easyjet.com/en/mobile) easyJet app simply take a photo of their passport ID page showing their name and details, eliminating the need to fill out a long electronic form before downloading a boarding pass.
