Uber valued at about US$51bil after latest funding round: WSJ

Uber Technologies Inc has closed a new round of funding that values the online taxi-hailing company at nearly US$51bil (RM196.57bil), the Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter. 

Uber raised close to US$1bil (RM3.82bil) in the round, bringing its total funding to more than US$5bil (RM19.12bil), WSJ reported, citing one of the people.
