PIQ has produced what it claims is the world's most advanced wearable, and golf will be the first sport to benefit, using software by Mobitee.
PIQ has revealed the development of the world's most advanced multi-sport sensor platform.
The French-based subsidiary of Swiss company Onctonion has joined forces with one of the leading golf applications, Mobitee, combining expert technology and software to produce a small, light, waterproof and flexible motion sensor.
PIQ and Mobitee's wearable includes a rangefinder, shareable performance analyses and in-depth course details. The device can measure 3,000 different data points per second through 13 dimensions, connecting to a smart device through BLE.
The multi-sport sensor platform is available for golf now on preorder for 269 euro, and is already planned for over a dozen other sports. — AFP Relaxnews
