PETALING JAYA: National No. 1 Syed Mohd Agil Syed Naquib looks set to earn his fourth consecutive Malaysian Open tennis championship appearance after bagging his first title of the season in the third leg of the BMW National Circuit.
On Wednesday, the 21-year-old player beat national No. 2 Ahmad Deedat Razak, the first leg winner, 7-6 (7-5), 5-7, 6-1 in the men’s singles final at the Jalan Duta National Tennis Centre.
