KUALA LUMPUR: Romanian Alexandra Dulgheru extended her giant-killing run to storm into the final of the BMW Malaysian Open tennis championship.

Having earlier beaten Germans Sabine Lisicki, the second seed, and eighth seed Julia Goerges, Dulgheru added fourth seed Jarmila Gajdosova of Australia to her list of scalps with a 5-7, 5-7, 7-6 (7-4) win at the Royal Selangor Golf Club.
