PETALING JAYA: SEA Games gold medallists Welson Sim and Wong Fu Kang failed to impress at the World Aquatics Championships in Kazan, Russia.
Welson was nowhere near the SEA Games record of 3:53.97 he set in winning the men’s 400m freestyle in Singapore two months ago.
