GLASGOW (Reuters) - Olympic champion Cameron van der Burgh admitted the challenge of beating English teenager Adam Peaty fired him to victory in the 50 metres breaststroke final at the Commonwealth Games on Monday.
The South African, who won gold in the 100 breaststroke at the London 2012 Olympic Games, raced to gold in a Games record 26.76 seconds, beating Peaty into silver.
