GEORGE TOWN: A slow start put paid to Delia Arnold’s hopes of qualifying for the final of the IJM Land Penang Women’s Open squash tournament at the Nicol David International Squash Centre on Friday.

The national No. 3, who failed to get going in the first two sets of her semi-final against top seed Rachael Grinham of Australia, lost 11-7, 11-5, 11-9 in 40 minutes.
