PETALING JAYA: Veteran Mike Aigroz of Switzerland overcame hot and humid conditions to claim the Ironman Malaysia 2015 title in Langkawi.

The 37-year-old Swiss, who finished a creditable sixth in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, in 2011, clocked 8’52:02 to pip Thai-based Fredrik Croneborg of Sweden by a mere 10 seconds.
