Snooker: Mohd Reza can walk tall despite defeat

Mohd Reza Hassan of Malaysia in the Asian Snooker Championship semi-finals clash against Pakistan's Hamza Akbar in KL on Wednesday. He lost 6-2.

KUALA LUMPUR: Under the guidance of “King of Billiards” Mike Russell, an 11-time English world champion, seasoned cueist Mohd Reza Hassan is now a transformed man.

The 34-year-old, who has been with the national team since 2001 but whose presence is hardly felt on the international stage, can certainly walk tall now despite his semi-final exit from the Asian Snooker Championship at the Viva Expo Hall in Cheras.
