‘Test every athlete before they compete’

INCHEON: Mandatory dope tests should be conducted on all Malaysian athletes taking part in multi-sport events.

“‘Yes, I know there is a cost factor involved. But I think for the sake of the country’s image and to avoid such issues in future, a doping test must be carried out on every athlete,” said Datuk Danyal Balagopal after watching the karate team in action at the Gyeyang Gymnasium.
