There will be an open workout inside an MMA fighting cage at Paradigm Mall at 10.30am on Friday.
PETALING JAYA: Mixed martial arts enthusiasts, get your gloves ready.
Here’s your chance to get a glimpse of what actually goes on in a ONE FC cage when they hold an open workout at Paradigm Mall at 10.30am on Friday.
Open to everyone, the workout is part of the build-up to ONE FC’s return to Kuala Lumpur with “Roar of Tigers” at Stadium Putra on Oct 17.
Fan favourites like Peter Davis, Saiful “The Vampire” Merican, Gianni Subba and female fighter Ella Tang are scheduled to lead the workout.
The event will also feature ONE FC’s vice-president and former middleweight world champion Rich “Ace” Franklin in town for the very first time.
Peter is no stranger to the MMA fraternity, with 11 professional fights under his belt. Having signed for ONE FC in 2012, he’s gone on to stitch a 5-1 fight record – with his latest win being a TKO over Waqar Omar at the “War of Nations” in March.
Peter will team up with Gianni to showcase various grappling techniques that are used in MMA while Saiful and Ella will take charge of the muay thai workout.
Ella, who made her debut at Era of Champions in Jakarta back in June, is excited to represent ONE FC at the open workout.
“It’s going to be a great event and it’ll give fans a taste on what to expect on Oct 17,” said Ella.
